LP: Prayers for a Pastor in Prison

On March 15, 2012, Pastor Antonio Monteiro was falsely accused of a crime. Without evidence and without a trial, he was imprisoned in the Western Africa country of Togo for 22 months. Believers around the world joined together to pray for his release. In January 2014, he was acquitted. He shares his story of faith and courage on this episode of Let's Pray.

Promise Of The Day

I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. Galatians 2: 20
